Friends, strangers, and everyone in between seem to knock on my door (metaphorically) when they’re ready to grow, heal, explore new paths, or simply be heard. I’m an empath and a deeply attentive listener, offering a space that’s gentle, grounded, and free of judgment. I believe advice isn’t about telling people what to do, but helping them reconnect with their own inner wisdom. I’m also a quiet soul who values solitude and reflection. I recharge through meditation, nature walks, and time by the sea; the fewer crowds, the better. Animals have my whole heart, especially dogs, and I volunteer at a sanctuary. I am also a dog walker, a pet loss grief coach, an animal naturopath and an animal communicator. Holding space for humans and animals alike feels like part of my purpose.
