I’m Amelia, a relationship and life advisor with a warm, practical approach to helping people work through the things that can sometimes feel impossible to untangle on your own.

Over the years, I’ve supported people dealing with relationship problems, dating uncertainty, breakups, family disagreements, friendship issues, confidence and major life changes. Sometimes you need practical advice, and sometimes you simply need someone outside the situation who will listen without judging you.

I won’t tell you what you want to hear just for the sake of it. I’ll look carefully at what you tell me, help you see the situation from different perspectives, and give you thoughtful, realistic advice about what you could do next.
